My Prayer For My Nation

 My Prayer for My Great nation Nigeria, at the coming in of a new government is Isaiah 32: 1-5

Look, a righteous king is coming!
    And honest princes will rule under him.
² Each one will be like a shelter from the wind
    and a refuge from the storm,
like streams of water in the desert
    and the shadow of a great rock in a parched land.

³ Then everyone who has eyes will be able to see the truth,
    and everyone who has ears will be able to hear it.
⁴ Even the hotheads will be full of sense and understanding.
    Those who stammer will speak out plainly.
⁵ In that day ungodly fools will not be heroes.
    Scoundrels will not be respected.

By this word, corrupt leaders ad institutions will be rooted out, ill-gotten wealth will no longer be flouted, the dysfunctional system of Government that breeds corruption will be changed,Nigerians will move into era of working systems and enjoy prosperity.

Our Divine calling by God as a nation will be fulfilled in Jesus name  .

2015 prophetic strategy part 2

I trust you were blessed by the last post, and you did not just read, but you have been practicing quiet times with God in your heart. If you have been doing that for sure your Spiritual Mode is been enhanced

Now lets look at something else Jesus did.

Matt 14: 22-25(amp)

Then He directed the disciples to get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, while He sent away the crowds.

²³ And after He had dismissed the multitudes, He went up into the hills by Himself to pray. When it was evening, He was still there alone.

²⁴ But the boat was by this time out on the sea, many furlongs [a furlong is one-eighth of a mile] distant from the land, beaten and tossed by the waves, for the wind was against them.

²⁵ And in the fourth watch [between 3:00—6:00 a.m.] of the night, Jesus came to them, walking on the sea.

As i highlighted the very next thing Jesus did was to pray, unlike the disciples they went into the boat( did the usually, hustling and busting), but Jesus knew that the season ahead required increased capacity and a way to surely increase this was to pray.

as basic as this may be, lets found out somethings about the way Jesus prayed.

From the scripture above  some things can be deduced.

1. Jesus’ prayer was a private prayer:

a good question to ask is could he not have prayed in the presence of the multitude or even in the boat with His disciples? at least one can pray anywhere and God would hear. The gospels also revealed how solitary prayer many times was Jesus’ habit why is this?.

a very good reason why Jesus did private prayers is revealed in this scripture

Heb 5: 7(AMP) EMPHASIS  ADDED

In the days of His flesh [Jesus] offered up definite, special petitions [for that which He not only wanted but needed] and supplications with strong crying and tears to Him Who was [always] able to save Him [out] from death, and He was heard because of His reverence toward God [His godly fear, His piety, in that He shrank from the horrors of separation from the bright presence of the Father].

His solitary place was the only place where He could not be distracted nor will He disturb anyone,  and there he could fully express Himself in the most humble form before God.

His prayers were not the Tush ones we do, He prayed very loudly and passionately.

To be honest with you i too have been asking God for more grace to pray like this, i even recently bought a book on prayer by E. M BONDS, so i can improve in my quality of prayers.

Jesus’ prayers were very passionate and intense, no wonder in the garden of gethesame blood was even dripping like sweat from His body.

May a fresh grace of prayer come upon us , in this season in Jesus name.

 

2.His prayer was for long hours:

counting from when he sent the crowd away and when he came to meet the disciples walking on water(  from afternoon to around 3 am- 6 am), He must have prayed for nothing less then 7 hours,whoops!

This is way beyond our rush hour morning prayer + late night prayer+ prayers during service.

He knew that Spending Quality  time in prayer with God will transform and empower Him with dominating power for the new season.

James 5:16b(amp)

The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].

Oh that we may pray heartfeltly and continuously, and enhance our supernatural mode, and ARISE, SHINE so as to overcome contrary situations of economy and environment this year  to enjoy FULL RESTORATION.

THIS IS THE ONLY KIND OF PRAYER THAT CAN ACTIVATE AND ENHANCE OUR SUPERNATURAL MODE!

as we do the glory of God and the Powers of Heaven will baptize us afresh and we will Arise in God’s glory and Dominate all situations and challenges in Jesus name.

2015 PROPHETIC STRATEGY PART 1

Greetings Beloved ones of God, Trust the year has been very eventful already, trusting you have also read the whole of Isaiah 60, as to know what to expect from God this year. as i promised in my last post, i will be sharing in Series the What to do to activate your supernatural mode. As without knowing what to do and doing it, no prophecy  can come into physical manifestation.

In addition this Supernatural Mode is the only mode through which we can enjoy full restoration this year.

²⁶ And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were terrified and said, It is a ghost! And they screamed out with fright.

 

The above scripture is a highly prophetic scripture rich with instructions and abundant strategy, lets briefly dissect out some nuggets.

1. The word “crossing to the other side’ in the above scripture prophetically  represent a new season, and in the case of this post a new year.

Jesus had ministered for days and finished feeding 5000 men, excluding women and children and He knew that as good as all these were, there was greater work ahead.

LESSON: Forget all the  past achievement , failures, challenges of 2014 , and move on with Hope and alacrity expecting A greater 2015

from the scripture it also very clear that Jesus knew what was ahead (Contrary wind, and tossed waves), and sent the crowd away, as he knew that He needed to Fully activate His Supernatural Mode as the season and this kind of environment will require more than speaking to the storm, as He did in times past  as what will be required is total domination.

For the sake of this first part , how then did Jesus activate this?

let me highlight one thing He did.

1. He isolated himself: the place of isolation is always a place of revelation. God also told me some years back, that:

the greatest and biggest of creatures are found in the deepest of seas or most adverse environment, as this habitat provides them enough room to expand.

You don’t have to go to a mountain or a monastery, practice quietness of the heart. Shut out and refuse to entertain carnality. As we have a Big God with a small voice(Still small voice). and if you must hear Him you must shut out Noise.

Proverbs 18:1 “Through desire of man, having separated himself, seeketh And intermeddleth with all wisdom.”

 

For us to  Arise, Shine , in the utter darkness of the world(ISA 60: 1-2) to enjoy Full restoration this year, we must operate in the wisdom from above to dominate the contrary economy and adverse environment . This wisdom, will come to us as we spend quiet times with God.

As we do this, God will instruct  and inspire us with Great ideas this year, that will make us reign and shine out of obscurity and access treasures from our Heavenly Economy.
